Small flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and radio.Gas log fire.  Open plan well equipped kitchen with dining table for 4, fridge, washer/dryer, dish washer, electric cooker with microwave, coffee maker. Marble work tops.  Fully tiled bathroom with WC, large hand wash basin and shower cubicle with pressure shower. Bedroom with wooden flooring, queen size bed and built in wardrobes. This apartment comes highly recommended due to its very modern fittings and quiet location.  It is not suitable for small children. It can sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing the sofabed. It is strictly NON SMOKING.Central heating. Cleaning lady once a week with linen change and cleaning.
