Brand new quality carpeting throughout the flat. Telephone and Entryphone. Gas central heating. Nearest underground Earls Court or Gloucester Road. Plenty of good shops and restaurants close by.  Kitchen - Farmhouse style with electric cooker, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, washer dryer.  Well stocked. Plenty of cupboard and worktop space. Table with 2 stools.  Sitting Room - Very bright and comfortable. Two matching sofas. Ornamental fireplace with antique pine surround. TV.  Master bedroom overlooking the back of the building. Double bed. Plenty of wardrobe space and cupboards.  Second bedroom / Office has single Trundle beds  (one bed stored underneath the other).  Desk and small wardrobe.  Bathroom with tub and overhead shower with good pressure. WC and handwash basin.  Although it is located on the third floor ( US 4^th)  it is not a difficult walk-up. The flat is serviced once a week .Minimum letting one week.
