Once the home of crime-writer Dorothy Sayers it bears a blue plaque as a building of special interest. Bloomsbury is know for its great writers and Charles Dickens lived around the corner. Its location is a ten minute walk from London's West End and a short walk from the theatres in Covent Garden, the British Museum, mainline and underground stations and a very good bus route. A two minute walk to Lambs Conduit Street which boasts bars, restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, ideal for four people with an extra bed/settee in a fully fitted study for extra guests. With oak wood floors in the reception areas and neutral carpet in the bedrooms, and the large sash windows on either side of the building make the flat light and airy. The kitchen is fully integrated with stainless steel appliances plus a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. The main reception room has been tastefully decorated creating a stylish entertaining space with storage and dining area.
