This newly refurbished ground floor flat comprises following.  The living room has plantation shutters, it has a modern sofa, table and two chairs, flat screen colour TV. and wooden floors.  It also comprises of a breakfast bar to open plan kitchen with a full size fridge freezer, a microwave and a Hotpoint Aquarius dishwasher, an oven and ceramic hob, a coffee maker, toaster and kettle.  There are wooden floors throughout.   In the bedroom there is a double bed with mirrored wardrobes, plantation shutters, plus yellow drape curtains.  There is a walk in double shower actually located in the bedroom and also a vanity unit/wash hand basin and mirror above.  This bedroom has a ceiling fan.  There is a further room that can be used as either a single bedroom and has the benefit of a single chair bed and mirrored wardrobes plus a desk, so it can double as a study.  This is a small room.  This room has a ceiling fan.  There is then a bathroom, with a white bathroom suite, fully tiled, wash hand basin, WC. and a hand held shower in the bath.  In the hallway there is a washer and separate dryer with iron and ironing board.  There is an entry phone system and there is also air conditioning in the hallway/living room, this area is open plan.
