A selection of newly built and spacious one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses located directly in front of ExCel London International Exhibition and Conference Centre. All are fully furnished and have been designed and constructed to offer a high degree of quality and specification.
The location additionally provides easy access to both Canary Wharf and the City of London. Custom House station on the Docklands Light Railway is a short walk away. London City Airport can be reached in just a few minutes traveling time.
 

The apartments are next to a variety of bars, pubs and restaurants and have a pleasant feel, being set on an attractive water-side location at the Royal Docks.

By Tube and DLR (Docklands Light Railway)

  • The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London. At Canning Town change to the DLR (upstairs on platform 3) for the quick two-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL Station.

  • ExCeL London is located in zone 3 and London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It’s recommended that you purchase a return ticket or an All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home.

  • Trains from Tower Gateway go direct to Custom House for ExCeL.

  • When traveling from Bank on the DLR change at Westferry for a Beckton bound train.

  • When traveling from Lewisham take a Stratford train and change at Poplar for a Beckton bound train. Alternatively take the first Bank train and change at Westferry.

Our reservation department will help you make reservation in any of the apartments in our selection. To do this, select your apartment, then hit "e-mail" at the bottom of the page. When we receive your e-mail, we will send you a notice of acceptance. If you do not receive the notice within the following 48 hours, please resubmit your request. Do not use several reservation systems at the same time. Several reservations, if logged in at the same time will reduce the number of apartments available.

We offer accommodation subject to availability. Please send us an e-mail to london@hotelfinders.net with your dates and the number of the people will be staying and we will reply to you as soon as we can once we have contacted the Property owners. Although the offer of accommodation may have available at the time communicating, we are not able to give an option to confirm by until we receive your Booking confirmation by fax to go ahead. We would therefore appreciate it very much if you would reply by return. If your 1st or 2nd choice serviced apartments are not available we will let you know with details of a suggested apartment.
