The fourth, very secluded bedroom is on the top floor with a double bed. All bedrooms are very cosy with interesting personal decorative touches.

 No of Bathrooms:Two. The en suite master bathroom is spacious with traditional large bath tub. It also has a bidet,  wash basin, loo and a separate shower cubicle. The second bathroom on the firs floor is also good size with a bath tub,  loo, wash/ hand basin and a good  shower over the tub. A separate guest cloakroom is on the ground floor.

  Reception Rooms: One. This is a bright, South facing room, spacious and elegant with traditional antique furniture. There is a good selection of most comfortable period chairs, a writing deck next to the window overlooking the street, a piano, a few coffee tables, a TV and Dvd player.

Kitchen: The brilliant, big kitchen is on the ground floor and leads into the garden. It is very bright and fully equipped as it belongs to a large family. It has all appliances including a dish/washer, freezer, fridge, hob, oven and the microwave.  A round dinging table could seat up to six people. The pretty garden is well organised and child friendly with a summer dinging table and the play area.
 A separate, very traditional dining room has a long antique wooden table and matching chairs for a large party. In the house basement is the large utility room with a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

Maida Vale  is a well known and quiet residential part of London with wide, leafy streets, pretty gardens and well maintained family houses, adjacent to St John's Wood and Paddington. It is very convenient for walking to the famous  Lord's Cricket Ground, the Little Venice and picturesque boats and restaurants along the canals. Maida Vale is the closest underground station with Bakerloo to  Regent's Park, Oxford Circus and the Embankment.
